Hi, I'm Graham. I'm a real estate investor/developer and entrepreneur, and live between Brooklyn and Hudson Valley with my family. You can often find me in NYC, Austin or Miami.

I've held roles at investment banks, family offices, and private real estate investment firms. I've co-founded a company. I have an MBA from University of Miami 🙌 and obtained the CAIA designation. I'm a systems thinker, like to scale businesses, and love to guide investment strategies. Most recently, I was Chief Investment Officer for the partnership behind two prominent companies: Storage Deluxe and UOVO Fine Art. Storage Deluxe is a closely held real estate investment and development company where I spearheaded $1B of mostly industrial real estate investments. UOVO is a real estate intensive art storage & logistics company that I helped scale from inception to a $30MM EBITDA business through a combination of development and M&A activity.

I resigned as CIO in 2025 after more than 10 years with the firm, and am now focused on my next move - how to maximize value creation. Stay tuned.
